Thread: Need electric sound for "brown out" lighting effect

I just built a "brown out" lighting effect. Need jacob's ladder / electric / mad scientist sound effect to go with it. Anyone have any links to free MP3 or WAV sound effects like that? I typically go to the Free Sound Project web site for sound effects but the web site is down. Lots of sites out there but don't know which are virus / malware free.
