What up guys . So me and the other half have been talking and thinking about trying to build/make something this year that we can have every year to come. But we never have built anything for halloween decor or props . Every year we usually just buy and add more stuff to our collection.. This year i think it would be fun to do something small yet something we could have fun together making. We dont wanna spend more than 50$ total. Any suggestions on what we should try and make for that price?? We do live in a apt so wild outside props cant really be done... Thanks i look forward to hearing ur ideas !

Do you have a theme or certain characters you like? Might help narrow it down a bit....
I didn't make him for you!... He carries the Charles Atlas seal of approval.
It's not easy having a good time! Even smiling makes my face ache!

Its simple small and cheap if you do it you DIY. You need a TV or computer monitor that you can lay on its back. A peace of glass the same size as the monitor. If its a screen window with removed glass that can work. Build something to hold the glass at a 45 degree angel over the monitor. Low side next to the window. Now bust out some face paint masks and a video camera. Find a black background and record yourselfs being spooky. Play it on the monitor full screen at night and from outside it will look like there is a transparent ghost monster person in the window. All the ghosts in the ball room in the Disneyland haunted mansion are done this way.

I met this six-year-old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes... the devil's eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... evil

A Ground brealer zombie with a bluckie. That is how I got hooked.
Here is what you'll need:
1 Blucky
1 Can of spray foam
1 Bag of model magic
Spray paint - For foam and the zombie
Cheese Cloth (optional) Looks like battered clothing
Eye Ball 1 or 2 (optional again)
Small piece of plywood for the base
Dowel for the spine
Small dowel for the joints
Glue Gun
Drill
This will take about a day or two to build. Any questions, just ask!Making the world a funnier place, one blucky at a time

Try one of these, smaller scale. I made it with scrap wood, cheesecloth, a cheap blucky skull and two blucky hands. Oh and some welding rods, and staples. I made a T with the wood, draped the cheesecloth over the T of woof and ripped and tore the nice round edges. The cheesecloth was dyed a purple-y gray colour and I misted it over with some black spray paint to darken it up some. Used the welding rods to hang the skull off the T and make the arms. Stapled some rope/twine stuff to the back and hung him in the tree like a picture. Nailed the bottom of the T under the "robes" to the tree to make him loom over the sidewalk.
"Well it's a shouting match you want, eh? Well game on, AAAH, AAAH, AAH, AH, AH, AH, AA-I'M BEATING YOU!"
