Another fantastic looking spider! How did you build the spider's head? I'm about to start on this step for mine and any suggestions would be very helpful!

tk421, jacking someones thread.... Shame on you

Tekcore1, I used plastic shopping bags bunched up for the armature, used 4 layers of paper mache, covered the mache with dry wall compound which probably wasn't necessary, used foam balls cut in half for the eyes, and used the cotton ball and latex technique for the skin.Children of the night... Fantastic job! I like the hairy legs, it reminds me of European women in the sixties. I'm going to try that smearing Great Stuff with a rubber glove that TK421 came up with . It will be as a base for SEVERE rust on my witch's cauldron. Anyway great job Hauntcast. Spiders will rule this Halloween!
