I have a mausoleum that has foam walls and a pvc frame. It has worked well for the past few years until we had a wind storm last year. Keeping cost and weight in mind, what is the best way to build a new frame? I could do a wood frame but then the walls need to be lined as well. I fear that I'll have to do plywood walls and it will be stable but VERY heavy and large to store. Thoughts?

if your going to make one out of plywood i would recommend doing it like this http://www.ravenmanor.com/projects/mausoleum.html its a great build and it is easy to put up and take down and store! I built mine 2 Halloweens ago using these plans. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I'm familiar with that site. Good work done over there.

We built ours out of a simple 2x4 wood frame. No plywood. We attached with foam to the frame with gorilla glue. It's held up pretty well, and once the walls are taken apart again, it's pretty easy to pick up and put away. You could probably even lift it as a whole if you have two people.
