I found this foam wig head that I want to use for my madame Leota projection prop, but the nose has a nice little chunk that was broken off. Any one have any ideas on how I can fix the nose?

Shove a couple or three toothpicks into the existing foam and if you still have the nose part, poke holes to match up with the face (you don't want to try to shove it onto the toothpicks without guide holes first. Might poke yourself or the picks might pop out the outside of the nose part) and then use white glue on the surface of the face. If you hold it in place a little while so the glue sets up, you should have a perfectly fine nose repair.

Or if you're missing the nose part and don't think you can cut a replica from similar foam (would need to slice off the broken bits on the face to get a smoother surface to join to if doing the above method of repair), then use the toothpicks as above in the face area, and paperclay/celloclay, or even Crayola's Model Magic to build out a new nose. You'll want to use the picks (more of them than above) to give you a support and also help keep the nose graft sturdy for accidental knocks when you're moving the head around or storing. Smooth the clay down over the broken edges so it's a smooth join, tho.

i used Air dry clay and made my own nose, but iwas doing more reconstuction than just the nose. I covered the whole thing from wig to the bottom of the neck with clay, mad my own chin, brows, nose and eyes. It did get small cracks, but after a layer of paint they went away.
