Hey I just bought the Dr.Shivers animatronic from Grandin Road.When I plugged it in and turned it on the volume was very low,is there any way to turn the volume up?

Contact either Gemmy or Grandin Road, I'd say. My Dr. Shivers from years ago came w/ a volume control if I'm not mistaken, I have to take him to check, though

my Dr Shivers has a volume kinob on the base.

Is there anyway you can post a pic of his base?? I believe the volume control was on the base. I'm 99% sure mine had a volume control, and mine is the older version. You should contact GR immediately and get it taken care of before they sell out and you can't get another one until next season.
