I've been trying to contact them over the last few days to get some controllers and the phone goes to voicemail and makes reference to them being affected by Hurricane Irene. They also have not responded to emails. Does anybody know if the company is okay?

According to this link, as of Monday, the town was still about 95% without power.

It may be a week or more before they are back up and running. Give them a little time to get the power grids back up, and check back in another week or 10 days.

I've been through hurricane aftermaths, and it takes some time for the crews to mobilize and clear debris and reconnect lines... and up that far they probably aren't used to being in the path of a serious storm like this, so hope everyone is okay up there.

Yes hang in there for a few days, hope he's ok....... Dean has always my emailed back immediately & returned phone calls quickly in the past.
So I'm sure he has his hands full from the storm at the moment & will get back to you as soon as he can when things get back up & running.

I agree, I've always had a prompt response from MG. My thoughts and prayers are with them. I was fortunate, in that my power was restored within a day. There are still some outages here in my area.
