I bought a package deal for a Disco Ball, Motor, Pin lights and color lenses. (Our theme is Time Travel) I knew the Motor was a 5 rpm, but got a good deal on the package and knew it would still be cheaper to buy the package and a new Motor if the speed was to fast. Well the speed is too fast so I bought a 1 rpm. Now What to do with the 5 rpm Disco Ball Motor????

Man cannot live on bread alone.... (unless he is in a cage and that is all you feed him.)

Make an Exorcist girl turning her head.
"Dollar Tree - The High Price to Pay for $1 Prices" China stuff, taking out other stores, around every corner - 136 in 100 miles, poor wages for employees. - I only say this because people say the same stuff about Wal-Mart, but than they go to Dollar Tree.

you can do alot with it, as mentioned above have a prop turning their head all the way around. You can attach some kind pole to the part that turns and attach a pole to that pole, and make something that is stirring something. Or perhaps, a wheel of death (when a person or prop is on a wheel and it is spinning), the possibilities are endless.

I would fashion a cam disk at the end of the shaft and attach it to one of my props (like The Ghoul) just to make it shudder 5 times a minute.
There are two kinds of people in this world, those that think there are two kinds of people and those that know better.
Sheck out me photo's

You could do a cool floating candle effect by mounting it to the ceiling near a window and attaching a candelabra along with a counterweight. I've actually always wanted to do that.
