I AM SOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!
I just got my Demonica from Spirits and so excited to get her set up.....however UGH
she did work except when her head tilts back I kept playing her and she would not put it back all the way. I took her apart then reattached her making sure everything was securely plugged in and head attached well and still same problem. When I took her apart yet had the wire plugged in but not attach her head back on, her head WOULD tilt back. I did this several times BUT it seems when I put her back on the pole that rises her, she will not tilt back. Please don't tell me to make sure everything is plugged in properly, I have worked with her for over an hour. So what should I do with her now?

Weird i got mine today and she works perfect. there was no wire that went to her head at all and she worked flawless i was going to brag about how they fixed all her problems with the new design.

yes I was hoping to post exactly that too, but ugh, I seem to have a problem. I called Spirits and they told me I could take it back to my Spirit store and get a new one BUT when I told her last year I asked if I could return a prop, I was told they do not take returns in Canada, so then Spirit customer service told me to email to Tekky Toys grrr, I am so upset I have been waiting on Demonica so happy she came today to find oh oh, nope she isn't doing what she is suppose to do. I don't wanna mess with it fearing they will tell me it is my fault

i would so try to take it back to the store and tell them corporate office told you that you could return it there.

That is aweful! i would return it to them in the mail or call tekky toys. dont sit on a broken prop you paid good money for.

oh I know....unfortunately Tekky don't have a phone number, I asked the girl @ Spirits, she said they only have email, you believe that?! so here I am have to wait for an email from them, and if that does not solve the problem then I am to call Spirits again!! I really thinks it sucks that Spirits has different policies in Canada, that is not right, if they come here then it should be a return policy to the store the same as anywhere else.

I just did a search on Demonica and it seems like some folks have had problems with her. Hopefully Tekky can help you out. My guess is you were sent last year's model (not sure why Spirit would do that given the history, other than to get rid of old stock). I want a Demonica too, but I'm going to wait a little while longer.
