I know this has been talked to death, but I've not seen my own design posted so I thought I'd share it. Save up empty drinking water bottles (my work recycles them soo they're everywhere), fill them up, pop them in the freezer. Get some dryer hose, extend it, and fill it up with the frozen bottles. Mine worked well! Try it and see how you like it!

I do this too. It helps to add salt to the water so the bottles stay frozen longer.
