Okay, I have a Scary Terry ST400 board and I assembled the skull using the provided Hitec HS425BB servo that came with the kit. Things are working good and I was quite happy with the results.
So being adventurous I have another skull so I went out and purchased a Futaba S3004 servo at my local hobby store figuring I would make another talking skull to use somewhere else in my haunt. They had a very limited servo selection. My goal was to either get another ST400 board, Picotalk or build my own talking servo controller from Halstaff's design.
So I finish the skull build hook it up to my current ST400 board, verified the connections are correct, but the servo turns in the opposite direction than the Hitec servo. Do Futaba's spin the opposite way for some reason? Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes they do rotate opposite of the Hi-tec. You should be able to flip the servo arm 180° and that should work.

Thanks for the info. Actually I have to remount the servo because of how I routed the shaft. Flipping the arm causes it to bend and rub. Don't want all the friction.
Boo!
