Thread: Anyone order the John Doe Animated prop from Spirit yet??

Hey guys we just ordered the 6ft animated John Doe from Spirit last night. We got 20% off him too! Very happy about that!! We are going to use him in our Crime Scene Bathroom this year. Should look good!!!! Here a video of him in action.

That's a cool prop. Too bad he doesn't sit up quicker then reset at the current speed. I guess spirit's props, for the most part, aren't made for scaring or startling.

now i wouldnt go that far. this prop is quite scary, imagine walking through a strobe lit room, with a bunch of bodies on either sides of you under sheets and two of them (these props) rise up. I would be very scared! so whats the housing like on this prop? will it break easy? whats it made out of?

I like this thing. Very creepy sitting up slowly. I have a butcher room and this thing would be perfect.

I would also love to see a video. Also you said he was 6ft. but on spirits website it says he's only 52'' long. I have been wondering how tall he actually was for some time now.
