On our crap-o-rama search we came across these mannakin forms & Michael was instantly planning. All the items used to make this prop are in picture 1, they include; the mannakin, landscape fabric, old plastic blinds, an old skull, newspaper, an black electrical tape.
The blinds went to make wings. The landscape fabric was cut into 'feathers';newspaper and electrical tape made the horns on the skull
    Mannakin: $10.00
    blinds: free trash
    lanscape fabric: $5.00
    Tape/gluegun: $2.00
    total:$around 20.00

I like, and the wings are a great use of the blinds. Did you glue together and then drape the fabric and glue on?
