I finally finished my latest tombstone! This one seemed like it was never ending (not that I'm complaining) but I didn't realize just how long the border detail would actually take. Let me know what you think.

That is simply perfect! Best I've seen! Love the top piece and design. Any chance you took some pics during the process? I have a similar top I bought and am looking to make one more stand out monument. Really an awesome job on that!

AWESOME job! I would love to make some stones like this. I just can't think of where I'd store them. As it is, I'm thinking of making a coffin (or two) that will double as a storage container. The creepy part... I plan on storing it in my otherwise empty crawlspace. No other family member goes in there now. Wait 'til there are a couple coffins in there!
