I still need to clean it up and glue the pipes and fittings together but here is the frame and motors working. I really like the head/neck movement. I think the arm holding the lantern is moving a bit fast but it will have to do. I just need to dress him. Please any suggestions or comments are welcome.

I added this video of the almost completed gravedigger. As you can see some details need to be finished but it is getting there. Any comments or advice welcome. Thanks.

Hey, no fair! I think I just learned stuff when I wasn't expecting to.

Looks awesome! I agree the head movement is bang on! The arm does look a little fast, but I think depending on the final look it could work really well. Thanks so much for posting this. I've got deer motors that have been looking for work and this could be right up their alley!

The deer motor is screwed to a piece of aluminum and then the aluminum is screwed to the bottom of the PVC pipe. It worked out great.

Can't wait to see it dressed up. How many cuts did you get folding the wire. Everytime I fool with that stuff it looks like I got into a fight with a Bobcat. I once had someone say that they would help me with a build. I gave him the job of making forms with the wire mesh. He never helped again.

I love it. For me I think the speed is perfect. Its almost like something has startled him and he is frantically looking in the dark to see what it is!
