anyone who can answer this will be a huge help.. can i simply cut the end off this wire from the pressure matt before the alarm and connect it to the nerve center or picoboo for it to work??

also, is the pir motion sensor listed below one that would work.. what kind of wire would i connect to it?? i don't think it comes with wire.. thanks.

It's hard to say if the pressure mat would work. I would hope it just works on a simple dry contact and could be used.

The PIR sensor won't work as is but the description says they provide instructions on how to hack it and hook up a relay which would do the trick.
    Boo!

Yes, cut the wire before the alarm and wire to the picoboo. If the 9v battery just powers the alarm then it is a dry contact switch(needs no power)

The PIR is a little different. Since a prop controller is a relay you do not need one. You would just power the PIR(2 wires +, -) with 9V and run 2 wires to the picoboo.

    NO (Normally Open)
    C (Common)

This is of course if there are terminals inside the PIR that allows this.
