I re-uploaded it.
The program is not perfect yet, but for me it works quite well. But there are a few more things that need to be fixed/clarified.

Hi Jeff, Hope your trip was great.
I've worked with the program a bit more, and reconfigured my skulls to make them a little more matched to each other, and configured the linkages a little differently than they were when I bought the skulls. Results are better. It a very good program overall, especially for the price to us. lol Thank you.
In your list of modifications please consider including:
1. Lowering the audio to motion slider's gain, to make changes more sensitive on the lower end, moving the typical setting nearer the middle of the scale.
2.Provide some means to control skull movement speed. Perhaps a mouse (or joystick) button that would invoke a scaling factor for the next joystick movement, then return to normal when released or upon next click. Or add a simple scale number box that slows all movements by some fixed percent. In my case I get head shake from the momentum on head turns. In addition for dramatic effect sometimes slower movements are desirable."Okay, tell me something about Bobby that doesn't involve Halloween."

Thanks BobbyA.
I released a new version that fixed a bug BobbyA found regarding the mouth movements, and the audio sliders had been adjusted. As for number 2, can you just move the joystick more slowly for slow movement and faster for fast movement? I do see what you are getting at, as its real easy to move the joystick fast, but harder to move it slowly. It would be fairly easy to add, so when I get some free time, I will look into adding it.
