Does anyone have any experience with these stuff-a-tombstones? I thought maybe they wouldn't break as easily as those damn flimsy styrofoam ones and maybe be a little more weather proof.

granted, we have really mild october/november weather but the foam ones hold up ok for me.
ive seen those stuffed ones online and they look neat, but not sure how theyd look in person (probably no worse than my cheapy foam ones LMAO)Never jump into a pile of leaves with a wet sucker. - Linus

No experience but they look like they would blow away easily. My "Damn Flimsy Styrofoam ones" are put up with rebar and stay secure in wind and rain and theyre going on about 6 years now.

On the back of my tombstones I ran a piece of PVC pipe with great stuff. (Ill post a pic when I get Home I'm at work right now) then hammer the rebar into the ground and slide the Pvc over it. Prior to doing this mine would blow over or worse away. I have seen too where people have "sandwiched" the PVC between 2 pieces of foam then sliding over the rebar. I saw the whole process on here somewhere. BTW the foam I use is the stuff from Home Depot. Its insulation and paint it with outdoor paint.

Before I would lay down 25$ for this, I would find out more about it. What is it made of? If it is material, it could mold or rot in the sun. If it is like a plastic Hefty bag, it would be waterproof but could easily rip. I would also be skeptical because there are no reviews on the product either.

It says in the description that it is "heavy duty felt", but I can't see paying $25 for a felt tombstone. That's an entire sheet of foam. lol

For the foam stones, you can make them sturdier by gluing a plumbing fixture clamp to the back with liquid nails for foam. Then you pound a dowel or piece of rebar into the ground and slip the clamp over the rebar. It won't go anywhere. If you need more weather-proofing, by some spray-on water-based polyurethane or splurge and get some satin finish spar urethane. The stone will repel water like a duck.
