When you think of a spirit or ghost what color do you envision? Most FCG's I have seen are lit blue, but personally I am a fan of an eerie green spirit...anyone else?

oh, I thought when you said 'spirit' you were referring to my soul. That would be black; like a bottomless hole..

I envision FCG's as white, like ghost...

Having blue lights to light my cemetery I was planning on filling my scene with green spirits, FCG, pepper's ghost, green glowing tombs, etc. Go green!

If I could I would say transparent! That would be my favorite, but since that is just a dream I settle for the old bluish glow effect!

Flying Dutchman anyone...having three young kids and a young "spirit" myself, I have always loved the look of the flying Dutchman's eerie green glow, usually set against the blue background of being underwater. Anyways, photos of green ghoulies would be great inspiration and convince my wife that ghosts 'could' be green.

I like to light mine purple, but that's just because it is my favorite color and purple lights seem to abound around that time of year.

Anybody ever made a black one? In the right environment
(White scrim lit with black light) a black ghost could look sweet, especially if somewhat transparent. Might look like a dementor from Harry Potter?

This may be something I'm going to try next year when I get back in to home haunting.

I would say a pure white color or an eerie green, whichever color balances the scene
