This is a prop we made 2 years ago and have given him a "Makeover" I didn't take before and after because the first one was so bad... Anyways here's another groundbreaker. He's a static prop made originally from PVC... starch and paper towels. His makeover consisted of an updated skelly hand some MM and Drylock with a new coat of spray paint of course.

very creepy!! nice work! I have that same skull and not sure what I want to do with it yet.
I also did a rebuild on my full bodied corpse made from wood and scraps. For the rebuild I added some latex and cotton, and some fresh paint.
