    I used a reindeer motor on a large dolls head once to turn the head back & fourth, it has a nice slow creepy movement the those motors.........
    I pulled the head off ( ya that was fun !! ) & placed motor inside bolted in place with a simple crank arm attached to a rod with a wooden plug / doweling on end & popped head onto it.
    Think that would be the smallest-cheapest way to go.....? Or connect another line from wiper motor up inside puppeteer to head ( spine area )..........
    When you look in the mirror at midnight,....what looks back at you.........
