Does anyone know what prop this is? It's circled in the picture below. It looks like a frame with a 3D, glow in the dark ghost face protruding from the frame.

Any one know what it is? Does it do anything? Any sound?

It's just a GID plaque so it just hangs on the wall and needs a black light to glow. It's the mask from the movie Scream.

I have one that I purchased many years ago, think it was from Party City.
