Sorry to bring something thats old hat and been done a million times before to the forums, but over here in the UK its all still fresh and new, stuff like this is very rarely seen, so as mentioned in my introductory post here is my just about finished version of the fcg.
There is nothing fancy here, just stuff that i could find that was cheap and cheerful.
I used a wig head bought from ebay, £4.00 / $6.00
I windscreen motors from car scrap/salvage yard £5.00 / $8.00
A few fisherman's spinner thingamajigs £0.50 / $1.00
8 yards cheesecloth off ebay £10.00 / $16.00
Power supply from old pc £0.00
100 metres of 0.45MM black tigertail wire (nylon coated steel) ebay £1.00 / $2.00
Odds and ends for the frame i already had.
I painted the head black so that it would be invisible, cut out eyes in case i put some led's in later.
spinner thingamajigs on crank.
Hand formed from wire coat hangers and covered with cloth.

Looks great! Nicely done. You can't ever have too many FCG posts! Everyone adds their own unique twist to it. The way you draped the cheesecloth is really awesome. I might have to redo mine to look more like yours.

There are other holidays besides Halloween? When did they start that?

Thank you all for the comments, i was really pleased how it turned out, but i suppose i couldn't fail after reading all about how to do it from here, i used little bits from different fcg's that members had posted.
One thing i didn't mention was the voltage, i used the 5 volt cable from the pc power unit, the 12 volt sent it off like a mad thing, the 3 volt really struggled pulling the weight up.
So thanks again to everyone for the help on this project.

Super! Where is your black light located in relationship to the ghost? It really glows! Is it a 4' black light? P.S. the thingamajigs are called swivels
