?- do you think the sealer would hold paint? I'm thinking about adding swamp monsters next year and that shape you got going on would make a good looking swamp.

CC, I would paint first then seal. It's not that heavy if you mean weight. The sealer was $15

Such a cool concept! It really looks like people stuck in tar pits.
Had an evil thought: Put a candy pail near the edge of one. heheh...

Someone asked me the other day if I decorated the driveway...I couldn't think of a way to do anything that fit in naturally...this would do it....awesome job.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.
