    I really like this prop:

Bellicose (7 foot arm/fast moving ghost rig)

I would like to build a non-pneumatic version. I was thinking of having (2)windshield wiper motors instead of pneumatic cylinders. Also, No steel stock. Maybe, pvc or emt conduit. Now, I can't wrap my mind around how to get a random swivel and lift. Any ideas?
