I got mine from a firm of outfitters stripping a unit that was previously a refridgeration unit. It's being converted into a regular business unit so they had to take it all out.
I know in the warmer states it seems hard to get any type of insulation - it's very hard to get the blue/pink foam over here too as we have different requirements and legislation meaning a lot of the stuff you have we don't as it doesn't meet the proper standards laid down by our laws. You can still get it but as not many people use it (it's used for insulating things here like refridgerated trucks and industrial chicken houses!) it's not easy to find stockists (certainly not cheap anyway).
Most of our insulation is made out of essentially the same thing as the blue/pink foam over in the US, BUT almost all of it has a foil backing on each side which takes chunks out of the foam if you try to peel it off. Others have gypsum board attached so you can put it straight up against internal walls and decorate without having to do anything further.
Insulation is also expensive here as our minimum thickness (for legislation & regulation purposes - which are always getter more strict all the time!) is something like 100mm (4") upwards, depending on where the insulation is for and if it's a new build property/extension to an older property. Believe me, it's a nightmare trying to keep up with legislation over here! Some of our insulation has to be 8" thick - that's not cheap!
So although I'd love to help you out, I suspect you can now guess I live in the UK so can't help at all!'Never in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few.’ Winston Churchill - Battle of Britain 1940.

lol, well I googled my little black heart out and found that Tractor dealerships get their supplies shipped to them, which contain.... you guessed it! FOAM! Also, anyone that sells trailers or tow-behinds get their shiny new stuff shipped to them with foam inserted between each shiny new toy. So I'll be hitting those places up in the morning. (Rural AZ= farmland, so lots of trailers and tractors. Just in case anyone else is looking.

Well leading on from that, I guess if you have a lot of farming .................then you need a lot of haulage to transport it in all directions? As I said, over here our trucks & lorries use foam insulation for their refridgerated trailers so maybe that's an avenue you could wander down too? Also, I had a discussion with somebody over here a few days ago - they used the blue type foam (made by Dow) to insulate their motorhome, so that's another possibility.
Good luck! If I've learnt nothing else in this life, persistence is usually rewarded with good fortune!'Never in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few.’ Winston Churchill - Battle of Britain 1940.
