here's my control panel i'm working on and i'm going to put a firecracker plate in it to scare the crap oout of someone when they walk by and i'm building a fusebox to go with it......

That looks amazing!!! Great job. What did you use for the 2 lower controls? If you can draw power from the lights each time the cracker went off it would be very realistic.

Everyone seems to be building something eletrical this year because of those e-crackers. I am just doing a exploding fuse box, but now you have me thinking.

yea i just hope it comes LOL!!!!! my work always throws out stuff they think i'm sanford and son but another man junk!!!!!!! i want to put some rust spots ... i"m not finished but yes the crakers will go off with the lights and the meter will be going off at the same time i'll have some video when the cracker comes....its all x-mas lights... going to start on the exploding fusebox next and i'm going to put it in room that i'm useing the freddy keruger broiler room scene setter its going to be sweet!!!!

Haha, me too!!! If they are anything like the ones from Frightprops you will be very happy. Trust me, those things pack a punch. I am just worried about having to add a thermal switch to them. When I seperate them I guess we will find out.

well if you get your before me let me know how the seperation thing goes and if we need a thermal switch ..which i hope not !!!!! cant wait!!!!

needs some old fashioned lever switches. The sharp crack oughta scare alot of people. Good gob

Nice job on the panel guages.
I was thinkin it would be kinda neat if ya had a small fog machine with little vent hoses rigged up around the panel that it might accent it and really bring some messed up burnt wiring to life.
Just food for thought.

yes i did out bid you ........... hehehe no just kidding!!!!!!!

my work had them and was throwing them out and yea some switching would look good but i dont know if i have enough fog machines for everything i got going... thanks for the comments
