My first thought was Dryloc and an exterior dark grey paint and foam board adhesive. Since a lot of companies discard white styrofoam this can be had for free rather than purchasing pink foam.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.

What do you already have? Are you making tombstones? Looking to buy a prop? do you have a cemetery fence or entrance columns? List what you have and what you'd like and you'll get a lot of suggestions.

creepy cloth for the fences...supplies for fencing if you don't have it....there is so much you can do even with just fifty dollars, as a lot of things can be found free (or so I've heard, so far I haven't found anything free....but that may be because I haven't been looking )

I must admit that I am not crafty enough to build some tombstones, I have some that I have bought over the years, and last year we built a fence. I am kinda looking to buy some kind of prop. and I have tons of those creepy cloths from the dollar tree but thanks for the ideas.
