Its finally done! Thanks to fright props, who told me to run it at 60 psi! Here is a video of the almost finished prop. I still am going to add flesh and a torso.

my only question is: can I reverse it so it goes from down to up?
    Creepy.

Ooo!! I agree with creeeepy! That nose IS frightening!! Gonna scare the sneeze out of the TOTers for sure

Oh yeah - and that is an awesome prop! Love the voice too. Did you record that or did Fright Props provide? That will be a real heart stopper jumping up from behind the bushes - and so close tot he house where they are at the moment of candy glee! LOL Perfect. Please post pics when you design the torso part too. Will luv to see it then. BOO!

Is this the solenoid you are talking about? Just switch the air lines. Either do it at the solenoid or the cylinders. Do either one or the other, not both. I can't tell if it is double acting by pausing the video.

If you have a 5 port solenoid and a single acting cylinder you can still use it by port blocking the B input with a 1/4 or 1/8 blocker. Chances are this is not the case otherwise you would have air escaping from either port A or B depending on the configuration you are using.

You could have a reverse acting cylinder also.

Can you take a picture of the cylinder?

Nice fast action on your prop! I especially like the fact it has such a small footprint; so no one would expect anything to be behind such short bushes!! Good job!
