My jumping spider from hauntedprops.com came today. It arrived in good condition, and it works as expected. It cost $40.00 during the clearance sale, plus a ridiculous $22 for shipping. To hauntedprops' credit, they did ship it ups ground from NY to CA, but the spider only weights 5lbs total. Unfortunately, the spider is out of stock now on their website. All in all, I'm happy that I finally found it and got a functioning one. But this thing is definitely not worth more than $50 tops. Shop around during the off season and I bet you can find one for $50-$60 easy.

I myself would like to buy a pair of these little critters! They are small and simple! Very effective for the price as well! Lots a great laughs and scares from these things! So I am supportive on them!
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

    Glad you got him!!!
I have only ordered from them once but had great service.
62.00 with ship isn't bad considering what he was going for on ebay before halloween.I have a 60.00 price threshold on this one.He is a scare prop.

Has anyone reverse-engineered the jumping spider so we can make a more robust one that won't break? I do like the idea of an electric plug-in version since I haven't made the jump to pneumatics yet.
