My wife saw this video and immediately said that you should put the Tekky jumping spider in the middle of a display, with a body and a bunch of smaller spiders. Then it looks like part of a static display and isn't all by itself. People walk up to take a look - BAM!
Also, since they say this will work with a footpad, it'll be easy to add a microcontroller with a motion sensor to it so you can control how it's triggered. Already did that with a Tekky prop last year.

No offense taken. I don't have a personal interest in them. LOL! With any prop, gemmy, tekky, or your own creation, it's best to treat them well. This is especially important when repacking after halloween. We're usually tired and start squishing and shoving and cramming. Props do not take well to that. It amazes me how well they fit in the box when they arrive, but how nearly impossible they fit when you try and repack them into the very same box. I hope everyone gets a perfectly working prop this year- including this spider!

The only place it's even listed currently is BuyCostumes, but it's not yet in stock.

Do we know how big it is yet and since people are saying the spider looks like the cheap fuzzy ones...is it possible the mechanism is the same as the Rising Reaper that sold at Target last year for $20? I am thinking about taking him apart and adding a spider and webbing.

I don't think the mechanism is the same as a rising reaper. I have a large one and have seen a small one. This spider pops quite a bit faster than those.
