Just in the pit, working on a new groundbreaker when I thought I would ask: how do YOU GUYS do your ribs? I use the rolled newspaper method but it seems very tedious at times. Or maybe i'm a whiner! LOL!

Well there ya go! I was just gonna say I've seen ribs here made from paper mache, coat hangers, wire, old garden hose, pretty much everything.

I make mine from PVC... cheap and easy

Well, first I parboil them untl they're tender, then I put the BBQ sauce on them and put them on the grill for about 15 or 20 minutesI thought I would ask: how do YOU GUYS do your ribs?

I also use the rolled newspaper w/shipping tape method. I use a staple gun to attach them to the spine.

used to use the rolled newspaper but once i tried using pvc for the ribs i will never go back to newspaper again. just need a heat gun
i used mache past and cotton balls on the ribs to give them texture here is a pic with using pvc for the ribs
