You are correct! It is a Mario Chiodo prop along with all the others.

Just noticed that Warlmart is also selling the reanimated corpse for $180 on their site. Free site-to-store shipping or $3 to ship to your home. That was not a typo, yes it is three dollars. Best price I've seen so far.
