I have had several tongue props and you have to be very careful hanging them because past versions tend to rip the tongue out or the latex rips and seperates from the support wire.

That's why you should make a small hole in the tongue and run your line (wire or fishing line) through the hole and the prop and tie it to something like a piece of PVC and anchor it into the chest area. Then through the tongue ring and you take all the pressure off the tongue.
