What kind of paint is used on masks. I was wondering if sharpies do the trick or if there is a paint for it. I have a mask the needs touched up.

I don't know about using Sharpies, but depending on the mask, acrylic craft paint can be used to touch up. You can take say a Tbsp. of liquid latex, add a little craft paint to get the color you want, and virtually make endless shades of latex paint suitable for your touch ups. It should work fine for an average mask. You can skip the latex in a pinch, but expect the touch up to eventually flake off as it gets flexed. Good luck!

i wouldnt use the sharpies just for the glare they put off. if you put it on a rubber latex mask it will become almost "reflective" like a black sharpie will put off green glare and other colors will do it as well.
however... if it is put on say a foam latex that is porous it may work because the mask will "absorb" the color and it will not glare (much like a piece of paper)

but i would definatly listen to chop shop he is clearly the resident mask pro... lol. check out his "zombie mask lickey split" (i didnt put the link because it it his post)
well that was fun... KEEP CARVING!

    for a good time...

Contact Cement works best. The adhesive just needs to flex with the mask. (Thx Joe2x4 ^^ )
