I'm really excited for this one! Hopefully he'll be available somewhere other than BuyCostumes for under $100!

I love that he can be plugged into the footpad! Sure to be a great scare...I wonder how high he jumps?

Yeah, I see where you're coming from. No size posted, and no video links.

It does look like a pretty cool idea though for a home prop. But it only uses 4AA batteries, which makes it seem like it's probably pretty small.

We didn't bother ordering the jumping spider, it seemed pretty boring when we saw it. Not much of a jump at all.

I had high hopes. Hopefully I'll see a video of it in action!

I have seen this in live action at my state park's Halloween event last Saturday. Note the Saturday before Halloween at this state park six thousand or more people come to the event every year since the campers really decorate for Halloween and even some of them do interactive stuff such as wear costumes and have haunted house-esqe attractions. It actually scared a number of people.

Mind you the spider doesn't jump that high but it will startle people due to how fast it does jump. It's fairly decent size. Seems to work pretty well outdoors. May buy it for next Halloween.

You missed out on a huge seller.

Definitely a big seller. My local Spirit store couldn't keep them on the shelf. I got tons of screams from this prop and it probably fired >100X during the night with no problems - hopefully it will continue working for next years haunt. My wife wants me to build a darkened lair for it to jump out of.
    I...have many names...

Definitely a GREAT seller this year.... we received over 50 of them in my spirit store alone, and sold every single one... we even had people fighting over them when the last ones came off the truck a couple weeks ago...
