Talking skull rules routine help

I need help........again. I have a talking skull and would like to have part of the routine talking about the rules of my haunt. I know some of the basic rules of a front yard haunt – No running, no pushing, no stealing other TOT’s candy, no touching of the props, etc. What I am looking for are other rules that others have for their haunts/displays. I need ideas to make the routine longer. I wouldn’t even mind some light humor rules to go into the routine. (Even if the humor is about the owner of the house….. hey, I can talk a joke too) Any ideas or help would be great. Note: I have a front yard/garage haunt.
