I'm going to be making this style fence this year:
However I'm wanting to make an entrance similar to this but of course with the creepy look like the fence above :
I'm just not sure on how to make my pillars or gate match my "look". Any pictures would help!! Thanks

Sorry, but the first picture is not available for my viewing pleasure. The gate looks cool.
Here is the fence and columns that I made last year in an afternoon. I know they're not great, but a total cost of $60 to build.
I used conduit to make my fence. It's cheaper than PVC. The great thing is my fence works on gravity. I have two boards that I used a forstner bit to drill through. (Make sure holes are lined up.) Then the conduit just slips in and sits on the ground. I store all them in a bat box. I know, not everyone orders a dozen custom wood bats but the box is perfect for storage. If you feel the need to order some custom wood bats just for the box, I swing a 33.5".
The columns are wrapped with scene setter. I made them in a rush last year. I'm thinking of converting them to foam this year. Which could provide more of the look you are seeking in your second picture.

BigLots has great garden fencing available in a few gothic-inspired styles.
Paired with PVC, and spray painted, you can build them as tall as you want.
Big Lots currently has them listed at $6 for 8 1.5ft sections. They make great fence toppers!

Make the gate columns similar to the picture posted, only have them appear damaged with exposed holes, revealing the pallet wood underneath. The pallet boards would show thru the gate columns further mimicking the worn structure, matching the broken wood fence. As for the gate itself, stick with the pallet board strips, but make each gate section more ornate. You could then have one of the gate sides, more busted up, hanging by a single hinge. Add caution tape, or a broken lock...and your done!

...that's probably what I would do!?

Are you set on columns per se or just something to anchor the fencing and make a formal kind of entrance to your house? The reason I ask is because I view the fencing as very rustic and instead of columns I wonder if you can't turn the "columns" into tall trees of sorts with the fence at the base of it. The tree is sort of columnar and if you added a hollowed out area you could have an owl or glowing eyes or something peering out of the hollow. Just a thought and not something I've really seen done.
Otherwise if you are committed to a real column how about one veneered with cobblestones to match the look of the fence more.

I have seen columns made with foam to resemble brick.. I think that if you used foam sheeting on top of a wood frame, carved "grout" lines in it, weathered it a bit with some acetone and torch work and then painted them they would look great with your wood fence. Something about old brick and wood goes together.. The smooth gray looks good with a black iron-style fence. Just my .02.

Dont forget to checkout craigslist under the Free section for your area and surrounding (if you dont mind driving) lots of people are refacing their yards etc and giving away fencing like you have pictured.

I'd think brick columns would match your fence style better than these fancier columns. I think the key to realism would be making them look very weathered and run down. You could go with a stone look too... stacked stone blocks and have the top broken off of one column.
Maybe like this:

Or the tops of this wall:
