a while back someone posted a link to an animation.
It was a slasher who walked from room to room, in a warehouse type building, slashing people.

    anyone have that link saved

Are you talking about this one?

There is also a DVD I think called "Shadow Killer".

That's pretty wild! I haven't any idea how that was done.
I must have missed that the first time.

I was working on my own interpretation of the shadow killer effect using Adobe Flash,
but it proved more difficult than I anticipated because I couldn't figure out how to replicate the silhouette effect in Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.

Could probably be done in Movie Maker using Greyscale and Threshold Video Effects. I just did a quick test on a normal video Ihave.

To film your sequence/scene, just wear a darker color and use a light color background. Depending on colors, you may also need to use the Posterize Video Effect too. But use greyscale on top (first in sequence of effects).

That is too cool. I just bought the office/apartment building I live in - and it has a long, two story wall with no windows. Something like this would be an awesome effect.

Ok, I figured out how to do it in movie maker. Just need some actors!

Any scenes in particular you'd want?
