    Hello.
Just a few pics of an experimental mummy build. This began with a half mask I made a few months ago. I basically did a latex and cheesecloth / shop towel buildup onto a hollow plaster torso I formed (with a flat, open backed clothing display acting as the mold). Arms are basically a pool noodle, shaved down thinner with a razor blade. He's painted in washes of FW inks, and latex paint. I'll probably sculpt and mold some hands to use on future builds, and of course, add some legs.

Hope you like! Thanks for looking!

Excellent! You captured allot of character and emotion in your mummy. He looks good and rotten.

Oh man that looks awesome. Target had a decently realistic foam mummy torso last year but it was far more than I wanted to spend (I think it was $60) and was made of weak foam with no anchor points so... there wasn't really any way to use it. I waited it out to clearance but they were already gone. This is ten times better than that one was.

Thanks for the comments everyone! Yeah, he looks a bit agonized, lol.
Xane, I missed seeing that one at Target last year, maybe it will make a return this year?
    Thanks again~
