You can buy some outdoor double flood lamps/security lights and seperate them from the motion sensors. I have split 4 sets that I bought a while back from home depot priced at 2 for $20. Thats a total of 8 lamps for $20, or $40 for 16 as I purchased... not bad huh! Kept the 4 motion sensors for later use on another hack I plan to do!
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

Well if you want to do LED spotlights:

    LED Pin Spots

For extra waterproofing you could do epoxy embedding.

    Power connectors.

    Converting an ATX power supply

Also check Monoprice for speaker wire (16 gauge, 14 gauge for long runs) and your local Home Depot or Lowes (cheaper than Radio Shack or Best Buy). I did look recently and Monoprice wasn't significantly cheaper on the wire, especially after shipping.
