OK I got my 1st cylinder working today (yeah). Now what can I build with it? It has about a 6" travel. This is on a manual switch. The only way I know how to make it work. How can I make it automatic. I am capable of simple wiring to hook up a motion sensor but do not know what I need to hook everything up to? some kind of automatic valve? I also have another of the same cylinder and 2 smaller ones with about 3" travel what could be done with these? Please help me...

You can build a bunch of things. I would do a monster in a box. You have the rod clevis on the end now you need rear brackets and brackets for the rod clevis.
You need a prop controller if you want it to follow a set routine. Then you would have a sensor off of the prop controller to set it off.

sprinkler valves make good one way valves that can be wired up to a power source.
