Here's the talking skull I have been working on for my Light Show this year. I have two others I might build. As the title already says I know the sound is off.

I will have to look when I get home, but I picked up a few from DisneyLand last year for $16 a piece, they are what my kids call chomper skulls, they either remain lit or the jaw chomps. What Calloween did with the animation/synchronization is pretty darn cool, and I have no idea how he did it? But pretty darn cool!

I have a dmx decoder powering a relay that switches two transistors in the skull. The skull originally had a pic that a basic one and off I bypassed it so I could control the way I wanted too.

Yes you are correct it is the chomper skull, I got 3 of them from spencers pretty cheaply and I knew I could do something with them.

I bought one of those on a recent trip to Disney World, but it didn't survive the baggage handlers on the trip home. I may have to pull out the super glue & see what I can do with it. It'd be great for a reaper hiding in a dark corner.
