Here is the first completed interior wall panel for my new walk thru I am building. Just 18 more interior and 28 exterior to go.

That's great. What's it made out of?

Now that is cool. I want to do those like that, but have so many other projects on the stove right now, hope there is time. reat job. Thanks for posting.

Very nice indeed! It is a good thing you started now cause that is alot of work ya got there. Looks very real and I like the stone carving it looks awesome!

What is the plan for connecting them together? Are they the tongue and grove type, slip together?

They are made of 4ft x 7ft x 2 inch EPS. They are attached to a 2 x 3 frame with four 1/4 x 8 inch plywood strips for glue points. This keeps the overall wt. down. The frames will be bolted together with 1/4 inch hardware this will make set up and take down easy. This will be outside and will be 12ft wide x 28ft long with a roof peak of 10ft. At the very end of the walk thru there will be a lazor vortex. Also have some pneumatic scares inside designed, fog sented with froggies musty smell and sound effects.

In short foam wall, like you can get in home depot. I got my panels from a company in Allentown PA they make any size or thickness you want and are much cheaper than local stores.

Yea I won,t be going to the bar on weekends until after halloween. Also have to design and build the animatronic props that will be inside this walk thru. I may have taken on a bit much this year.
