I've already posted this in another thread, but I had to do it again! I keep thinking of more ideas of what to do with it, and if you haven't seen it before, I recommend trying it out!
From Home Depot, it's a motion sensor outlet for about $15. What's cool is you could activate one strobe, one spotlight, or AN ENTIRE SCENE of your haunt! Lots of cool things to be done with this little product...

Very cool! Nice, cheap alternative!
Will this work if it's connected to an extension cord or does it have to be plugged into a wall outlet?

Yes, it will work if plugged into an outlet or a three-pronged extension cord!

Awesome!
This is so cool! I have never used motion activated props because I always thought sensors were too expensive, but obviously I didn't do my homework! Thanks for sharing!

I definitely thought I was out of luck for any motion-activated things because pneumatics make me dizzy...
But even I can use this! Ha ha.

Have to check my HD, does it have a time ON adjustment ( like 5 to 15 sec ON, then OFF ) or minutes ( 5 - 15 ON ) ?

Dark lord, the minimum it will stay on is one minute. (I've timed that, and I think it really only stays on for about 40 seconds!) The other intervals are two minutes, five minutes, 10 minutes, and 20 minutes. The one minute setting is what I'll use, so that each scene or prop activates for each group of visitors and turns off to startle the next group!

Thanx, what is the part # & maker of it ? Tried looking on line on HD & couldn't find it, guess I'll have to cruz over this weekend & see if it's in store.
