i got some foam skulls from target andput leds in them these are only for my end columns i will have gargoyles on the ones by the walk way!

I'm going to have to check target, I have skulls, of course, but I need to get on the led eyes. That looks cool, I like the blue.

I am in Canada but I got these at Home Depot. I don't know if they are available in the US or not. They are called Sitting Gargoyles. The are made by Angelo Decora I think. One was $18 the other $12 because it has some paint chips. (Who cares they're getting Drylok'd) They are 10.5" tall, 9" wide and 8.5" deep and made from a durable outdoor resin. They even come with a nice small hole ion the bottom perfect for a screw to hold them in place. Might be worth checking the Garden Center.
