Looks awesome jimmyzdc! I love the preamble to the Haunted Mansion ride! Disney did such a good job with the music portion of all their rides, Haunted and Pirates being my favorite! LOVE YOUR display!! Coffin looks awesome I want to make one that does exactly that the green house area on the ride is so cool! Once I'm off my pirate kick I'm going to do a display themed like the haunted mansion. As I watch the video it keeps getting better and better! The lighting synched with the audio is freaking amazing! Love the scope of everything!! It all ties in really well!! Missed this if you posted stuff on it last year, but I'm glad I caught the video!

    AWESOME!!

Great set up Jimmyzdc! Did you use purple LED's to light up the columns on the house? Also, how did you make your candelabra's on the coffin? Would love more detail of your haunt and props! Nice job.

I'm curious about the lights on the house too. The effect is great!

Thanks guys for all the complements.

The lights on the house are DMX RGB Wash lights. I had a couple different versions but they were all fairly the same. One was a Chauvet Colorsplash Jr., another was VEI Kolorwheel, and the last 4 were some knockoffs I bought from eBay. Funny enough I actually like the knockoffs the best.

If you look closely at the video you can see in the beginning the lights are actually a blue-green color then fade to purple. Then at the end they fade back to blue-green. I wanted to give the house a different feel when the main routine was playing.

The candelabras's were from Spirit Halloween. Most of the stuff there isn't all the great of quality but these are amazing well built and heavy duty. I love them! The candle sticks themselves are removable and house the battery for the flickering LED.

Hey guys I just realized the video didn't upload in HD. I fixed the original post with the HD version. Should be alot clearer now.

Nice, and I'll mention that I took notice to the large white sheet-webs all over the house. That's an effective way to creep-up an otherwise uncreepy facade, which most all of us have. I've been toying with different ways to go with this, but I just might do the sheet-web. I'm guessing you made them, or are they available retail? Nice job!

Nice job! I've always been curious about your display since you're kind of up the 55 from us. And there's nothing like DMX lighting to accent your display. Great work especially considering you have to deal with the street light. I'm glad to hear too that you like your knock-offs. Our DMX lights came from cheaplights.com and work very well. I think we have maybe 15 lights we got from them and when one had a few of the blue LED's quit, they sent me a new one, no hassle. I was looking the other day at some DJ discount place and the Chauvet lights were much more expensive.
