Thread: Monster guts nerve center: 2 questions?

Hello,

i am finishing up a few props at one time so i have been posting a few different threads so heres another. I want to jump in on the monster guts nervecenter deal. dont care to much for audio for the prop i have but i have 2 simple questions.

1) can a pir sensor hook up to the monster guts nerve center as a possible trigger.

2) can i run a solenoid directly to an output with the two white and black wires that comes out of the solenoid or do i need to do it like monster guts says by getting the extension cord and yada yada shown in this link.

1. Yes

2. You need the extension cord. The Nervecenter only opens or closes the circuit. Your solenoid still needs power. Think of it as a pushbutton trigger.

great so i just wire it like they said in the link and plug the solenoid in and that should work correct?

I personally would definitly get in on it as its 20 bucks cheaper then alot of the other controllers on the market. Its usualy price is 100 plus shipping and i wouldnt spend that when all other controllers are cheaper but this is a streal!
