Or have any advice where to find a really good one??
I have a pumpkin I carved last year that was of Doc Holiday. I have a few good pictures of it, but having a photo of it with what looks like an authentic colt 45 peacemaker would put it over the top.
I've done some searching for them but none of them hold a candle to a real one and look like nothing more than a very cheap plastic toy. I wouldnt mind spending the time to craft one, but would definitely need some sort of guide to follow as I've never made anything like that before.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you check eBay, you can purchase a Colt .45 prop for around $45 (COLT 45 PEACEMAKER SAA PROP GUN). You can also purchase a book (Colt 45 Double Action Revolver 1909 Replica Build Plans) for about $14 that gives you details on all the parts and dimensions to machine your own non-firing reproduction.

Thanks very much. I'll start researching that. Appreciate the suggestion. Thanks
