Thread: Haunted Mansion" non-obvious TS prop

Hi Folks,

Okay, so I've been to Disney World a bunch of times (live in FL) since 1974, but I cannot EVER recall seeing this prop! Were my eyes closed as I was begging to leave their spooky, haunted mansion? I think not!

Anyway, I found it only by watching the "Behind the Scenes: Disney World" movie I found at Netflix as a "watch now" movie for my computer.

Here is the link, I hope. Look at the 12:30 mark to watch the Haunted Mansion part. When the engineer talks about the sound track for the howling dog (about at 14:30) freeze it and look at the two tombstones. The "howling dog" in the front sitting with the basket of flowers, and the "dancing poodle" behind him. Which movie is that poodle from...Fantasia?

I want to make those...in my spare time (whatever that is). Anybody ever tried to make them?

Dr, you need to be a member of netflix to view the video. But I checked it out and agree they would make an excellent addition to any graveyard. i know i've seen them before but I couldn't tell you if it was just photo's or at the park. Have you been to this guy page of Disney's HM photos?

It might make it a little easier to replecate with a still photo.
